Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Rewire Performance Physical Therapy ("Rewire", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when using the Rewire Performance mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account and use the App:

Account Information

• Full name
• Email address
• Password (stored securely via Supabase Auth — we never see your plaintext password)

Athletic Profile

• Age group / age range (e.g., 11–14, 15–18)
• Weight class
• Training season (in-season / off-season)
• Available training equipment
• Experience level

Workout & Training Data

• Workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weight, completion time)
• Program assignments and weekly progressions
• Perceived exertion (RPE) ratings
• Training streaks and history

Progress Photos

• Photos you voluntarily upload (front, side, back, or other)
• Notes attached to photos
• Photos are stored securely in Supabase Storage (US-hosted)

Device & Notification Data

• Expo push notification token (used only to send workout reminders and coach messages)
• We do not collect device identifiers beyond what Expo requires for push notifications

Subscription & Purchase Data

• Subscription status (active / expired) managed via RevenueCat
• We do not receive or store your payment card details — all payments are processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To generate and deliver your personalized 8-week wrestling strength program
• To track your training progress and provide feedback
• To send push notifications for workout reminders (you can disable these in your device settings)
• To allow coaches to review athlete progress and unlock advanced exercises
• To process and verify your subscription
• To improve the App and fix bugs

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:

• Coaches and Admins: Your assigned coach and program administrators can view your training data (workout logs, progress photos, program status) to provide coaching support. This is a core feature of the App.
• Service Providers:
  • Supabase — database and file storage (hosted in the US)
  • RevenueCat — subscription management
  • Expo — push notification delivery
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The App is designed for use by wrestlers including minors aged 11 and older. We take the privacy of minors seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable.

• Parental consent: If your child is under 13 years old (US) or under the age required in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must review and agree to this Privacy Policy on their behalf before the child uses the App.
• We collect only the minimum information necessary for the child to use the training features (age group, weight class, workout data).
• We do not use children's data for advertising or share it with third parties beyond the service providers listed in Section 3.
• Parents or guardians may request deletion of their child's account and data by contacting us at the email below.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

All data is stored in Supabase (US-based), which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Progress photos are stored in private buckets with access controlled by Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of push notifications (via device settings)
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Push Notifications

We use Expo push notifications to send workout reminders and messages from your coach. You can disable these at any time through your device's notification settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the App.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to external resources (e.g., YouTube workout videos). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice.
